‘Abd al-Husayn Mu‘azzaz al-Mulk (Taymurtash)'s letter to Surur al-Saltanah, talking about being busy in Majlis, and seeing a play by the Frank Company. He is sending a postcard that he has purchased from the theatre. ‘Abd al-Husayn Mu‘azzaz al-Mulk (Taymurtash)'s letter to Surur al-Saltanah, in which he tells her that he has received her letter and postcard, talks about meeting Fakham al-Saltanah at the Rawzah ceremony in the Majlis, and asking him about Surur al-Saltanah's well-being. Fakham al-Saltanah told him about Surur's mouth and throat problem and when Mu‘azzaz realized that she was not coming to the Rawzah, he has returned home to be alone with thoughts of her and also to write some letters.
